The ring hammer crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-hard brittle materials such as raw coal, coal gangue, coke, and limestone. This machine features compact structure, stable and reliable operation, and low noise. It is widely used as crushing equipment in coal preparation plants, thermal power plants, coking plants, and stone processing plants.
When materials enter the ring hammer crusher, they are first crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammers. The crushed materials simultaneously gain kinetic energy from the ring hammers and are propelled at high speed toward the crushing plate, undergoing secondary crushing. They then fall onto the sieve plate, where further crushing occurs through the shearing, squeezing, and grinding actions of the ring hammers, as well as mutual collisions between the materials. The crushed materials pass through the sieve holes and are discharged, while non-crushable debris enters the metal collector for periodic removal.
