The MXJ Series Coal Banana Screens are well known for their unique curved screen surface design, which allows the material to be quickly stratified on the screen surface, improving screening efficiency and accuracy. These screens are suitable for raw coal classification or for dry or wet classification of medium and fine size materials or for dewatering, de-meshing and de-sludging operations.
The vibrating screen adopts block eccentric exciter, and its structural feature is that the screen surface adopts multi-segment arc design (banana-type screen curve), and the motion track can be circular motion or linear motion.
