The new composite steady flow CNC jigger is a revolution in the coal washing industry, which completely breaks the traditional coal washing plant equipment layout concept. Advantages
A combined screen side air chamber jigger consists of a jigger body and a bucket elevator body connected into a single unit to fulfil the washing and discharge tasks together. The upper part is installed with an air valve system, which can control the rhythmic up and down pulsation of the water medium in the machine, so that the washed raw coal can be separated according to the specific gravity stratification.
The jigger is small in size, low in cost, easy to install and operate, and has a high return rate of fine coal and low ash content, which is suitable for small and medium-sized coal washing plants.
