Product Details

The pulp preprocessor is a key device for pulp preparation before flotation. Its main function is to thoroughly mix the pulp with reagents, improve the flotation performance, and reduce the consumption of reagents at the same time. It is usually used as a supporting device for flotation machines and can also replace traditional stirring tanks to achieve efficient stirring of liquids, solids (particle size less than 0.5 millimeters) and gases.

The pulp preprocessor achieves efficient pretreatment of pulp through the following steps:

 Feeding: Pulp and clear water enter the tank through the feeding port and the water inlet respectively.

 Mixing: Inside the tank, pulp, reagents and air are thoroughly stirred and pre-mineralized under the action of conical mixing tubes and mixers. 

Discharge: The pre-mineralized pulp overflows from the top to the discharge port and enters the subsequent flotation process. The infully mineralized part is recycled and reprocessed.

It is mainly composed of a coal slime water inlet, a dilution water inlet, a tank body, a conical mixing pipe, a mixer, a dosing pipe, an air inlet pipe, a discharge box, etc. 

The mixer is designed with a shallow burial depth to reduce energy consumption. 

The aerosol dosing method and high-flow impeller are adopted, which can self-draw air and enhance the stirring effect.
