Slurry preprocessor
The machine is mainly composed of a coal slurry feed inlet, dilution water inlet, tank body, conical mixed flow pipe, mixer, reagent feeding pipe, air inlet pipe, and discharge box. Its characteristics include the use of aerosol reagent feeding method and large-flow impeller for self-priming air, which enables good mixing and pre-mineralization of liquid, solid, and gas during mixing. Due to the shallow immersion depth of the mixer, power consumption is reduced.
This series of equipment is mainly used for pulp preparation before flotation, improving flotation performance, and reducing reagent consumption. It is an indispensable supporting equipment for various types of flotation machines and can also replace stirring tanks to complete the mixing of liquids, solids, and gases.
