The ultra-fine composite crusher is a high-efficiency and energy-saving crushing equipment, mainly used to directly crush materials with a maximum side length of 450-700mm to below 5-8mm. It has characteristics such as no clogging, low equipment investment, low energy consumption, and low maintenance costs. It is widely applied in mining, cement, building materials, chemical industry and other sectors, suitable for crushing materials such as limestone, clayey sandstone, rocks, gypsum, coal, etc., with a compressive strength not exceeding 200MPa.
The material enters the chamber through the feed hopper, falls onto the high-speed rotating impact hammers, and is initially crushed by the action between the hammer strikes and the(rebound plate). After multiple repeated hammer strikes and rebounds, the material descends onto the middle partition plate to form a pile, slides down, and lands on the material-throwing disc of the high-speed rotating lower rotor. It is then thrown at high speed against the rebound plate for further crushing and grinding, achieving an ultra-fine effect.
