The ring hammer crusher is a new generation of crushing equipment that integrates the advantages of hammer crushers and (counterattack crushers). It is suitable for crushing various medium-hard, brittle materials with low moisture content, such as coal, coal gangue, coke, furnace slag, shale, and limestone. The compressive strength of the material is usually no more than 100MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%. This equipment is widely used in medium and fine crushing operations in industrial sectors such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, and power industry.
The ring hammer crusher is mainly composed of the following components:
The rotor assembly, which includes the main shaft, end plate, ring hammers, etc., is the core working part of the crusher.
The body assembly, which includes upper and lower shells, crushing plates, screen plates, liners, etc., protects the internal parts and forms the crushing chamber.
The adjustment mechanism is used to adjust the gap between the rotor and the screen plate, controlling the particle size of the discharged material.
The drive system, consisting of a motor and a coupling, directly drives the rotor to rotate at high speed.
Material enters the crushing chamber from the upper feeding port and is crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding action of the high-speed rotating ring hammer. The crushed material is discharged through the screen plate; coarse particles larger than the screen hole size continue to be struck by the ring hammer until their particle size meets the requirements and are then discharged. Unbreakable foreign objects enter the metal collector and are periodically removed.
