Reciprocating Feeder

It adopts a closed frame structure to enhance the rigidity and sturdiness of the equipment.
The gap between the side liner plate and the bottom plate is adjustable to reduce material leakage.
Reciprocating coal feeders are bulk material conveying equipment used in mines, coal preparation plants and other places. They are mainly used to evenly transfer bulk materials such as coal to transportation or screening equipment. This equipment features a simple structure, reliable operation, uniform feeding and convenient adjustment. It is widely used in industries such as coal, mining, metallurgy and building materials.
Main components: frame, base plate (coal feeding trough), transmission platform, funnel, gate, idler rollers, etc.
Transmission system: electric motor, elastic coupling, reducer, crank connecting rod mechanism.
The working principle is that the motor drives the reducer through an elastic coupling, which in turn drives the crank connecting rod mechanism, causing the 5° inclined base plate to perform linear reciprocating motion on the idler rollers, thereby evenly unloading the coal onto the transportation machinery or other screening equipment.
Installation and maintenance: The equipment must be horizontally fixed at the storage bin opening. After adjusting the position of the reducer, conduct a no-load test run.
Maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of components, lubricate transmission parts, inspect the wear of bottom liners, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
