The vibrating arc-shaped screen is a highly efficient screening equipment specifically designed for solid-liquid separation, and is widely used in coal preparation plants, mineral processing plants, as well as in metallurgy, chemical and other industries. It is mainly used for the pre-dewatering, desliming, desliming and desmedium operations of materials, as well as the recovery of graded coal slime. It can also be used in conjunction with a water cyclone to effectively grade, dewater, desliming and desmedium fine-grained materials. Structural features:

 Screen frame body: Can be flipped 180 degrees, extending the service life of the screen surface. 

Screen surface: Made of non-magnetic stainless steel strip welded screen mesh, with high opening rate and good cutting effect. 

Vibration device: Supports electromagnetic excitation or vibration motor drive, and the excitation force can be adjusted online. 

Shock absorption system: Rubber spring shock absorption, with small vibration. 

Feeding system: Multi-stage interception buffering technology, making the incoming materials more evenly distributed to the screen surface.

Arc-shaped screens can be manufactured with various radii and angles as required, with commonly used configurations including 45°,60°,90°,180°, and 270°. Self-draining arc-shaped screens typically employ 45°,60°, or 90° curvature angles, widely used in coal preparation plants and mineral processing facilities. Pressure-driven arc-shaped screens predominantly utilize 180° and 270° curvature angles, primarily employed in cement industry grinding processes for classification operations.
