The under-screen air chamber jigging machine is a highly efficient mineral processing equipment. It mainly achieves effective mineral separation by setting multiple air chambers under the screen plate and using compressed air to drive water flow to generate pulsating motion. The working principle is as follows: Compressed air is sent into the air chamber at a certain frequency, causing the medium (water) to pulsate. In the pulsating water flow, mineral particles are stratified according to density differences. Heavy minerals sink to the bottom while light minerals float to the top, thus achieving separation.
