Scraper conveyors are continuous conveying equipment used for horizontal or inclined (≤15°) conveying of powdery, granular and small block bulk materials. They are widely applied in industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, coal, grain and feed. Its main structure consists of three parts: the head, the middle section and the tail section. The head section includes drive components such as the motor, reducer and sprocket. The middle section is composed of the transition trough, the middle trough, the chain and the scraper. The tail section is used for the return and tensioning of the scraper chain.
The working principle is that the material enters the closed chute through the feeding port. The scraper is fixed on the chain and driven by the drive device to rotate the sprocket, causing the scraper chain to run in a cycle, thereby pushing the material to move along the chute body until it is unloaded at the die head, achieving continuous conveying. The entire process is carried out in a closed manner, which can effectively prevent dust from flying and improve the working environment.
