Fixed Arc Screen
According to requirements, the ZHS series curved screens can be made with different radii and angles. The commonly used angles are 45°, 60°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. Self-flowing curved screens often adopt angles of 45°, 60°, and 90°, coal preparation plants and mineral processing plants. Pressure-type curved screens commonly use arcs of 180° and 270°, classification operations in cement industry grinding processes.
The ZHS series vibrating arc screen is suitable for process links such as preliminary dewatering, desliming, and medium removal of fine-grained coal in industries including coal, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. This equipment removes the flipping structure from the original fixed screen and adds vibration drive components and vibration damping devices. Generally, screens with a width below 2 meters use a single vibration motor drive, while those above 2 meters use dual vibration motors. The product size specifications are equivalent to the HS series arc screen (fixed type).
Due to the large water discharge capacity of the arc screen, many coal preparation plants often use arc screens for preliminary dewatering before the dewatering screen. The screen gap of the arc screen is generally 3 to 6 times larger than that of the downstream dewatering screen, but should not exceed 3mm. The width of the arc screen should be 150 to 200mm narrower than that of the downstream dewatering screen.
