Product Details

Main components: screen box, screen mesh, exciter, vibration damping spring, lower seat frame, etc. The screen mesh can be selected in various forms such as metal woven mesh and polyurethane screen plate . 

Screen surface design: It adopts a zigzag structure with five to six different inclination angles. The Angle at the feeding end is relatively large (about 34°), and the Angle at the discharging end is reduced (about 10°), enabling the material to be rapidly distributed on the screen surface and achieving efficient screening through . 

Vibration system: The motor drives the exciter to work through a pulley. The exciter adopts a box structure, and the bearings are selected from internationally renowned brands to ensure the smooth operation and long service life of the equipment

The material enters at high speed from the feeding end. The thickness of the material layer in each section of the screen surface is uniform and the flow rate is stable, which greatly improves the screening efficiency. It is especially suitable for materials with a high content of fine particles and can effectively prevent the screen holes from clogging . 

Large processing capacity: The processing volume per unit area is 1 to 2 times higher than that of traditional screening machines, and the processing capacity can reach 1500m³/h.
