The FJC series jet flotation machine differs from mechanical agitation flotation machines in that it relies on pumps to provide the necessary power for pulp feeding, air suction, and pulp-air mixing. Therefore, it belongs to the non-mechanical agitation type of flotation machines, but it differs from forced-air types. Forced-air flotation machines are characterized by forced air introduction, while jet aspiration types are characterized by forced liquid introduction, where air is sucked in when the liquid passes through the jet device under certain pressure. The machine mainly consists of an aeration and agitation mechanism, tank body, pulp circulation system, and ore discharge and froth scraping mechanisms. In terms of aeration performance indicators (including unit air flow rate, aeration uniformity coefficient, aeration volume utilization coefficient, and mixing coefficient), the FJC series jet flotation machine ranks first among all coal flotation machines in China.
